With Diplomas in both Developmental Service Work and Emergency Telecommunications, Tammie brings over 24 years of hands-on experience as a frontline support worker for children and adults with neuro diversities and physical limitations. For the past decade, she was the program manager of a special needs day program, promoting inclusive environments and ensuring quality care and support. In addition to her direct service work, she raised vital funds for local nonprofits and charities supporting projects that uplift the special needs community. She is deeply committed and has a strong passion for advocacy and takes pride in being a voice for those who cannot advocate for themselves. With a strong background in the restaurant industry and a lifelong passion for cooking, Colin is no stranger to hard work and fast-paced environments. His outgoing personality and genuine desire to help others make him a natural fit for sales, where he excels at connecting with nonprofit leaders and offering solutions that truly support their goals.
In addition to leading our sales efforts, Colin also dedicates time each week to grant research—giving him a deep understanding of the funding challenges nonprofits face. His ability to blend strategic thinking with authentic client care makes him a valued part of the Impact Funding Solutions team.

Spencer Clarke is a webmaster. Working in the field for over 12 years he brings a straight forward approce to web design, maintenece, and SEO. An experienced and detail-oriented webmaster with a strong background in wordpress development, maintenance, and optimization. Skilled in managing both the front-end and back-end of websites to ensure seamless user experiences and high performance. Adept at troubleshooting, content management systems (CMS), SEO implementation, and ensuring web security standards are met.
