Standard Payment Conditions
- Payments are accepted by credit card, PayPal or e-transfer, or via Bill.com
- Invoice terms are payable upon receipt.
Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of our work, Impact Funding Solutions does not issue refunds for any reason, for any project or services.
Communication
- Email is our preferred form of communication. Though Zoom calls can be arranged at mutually agreed times.
- We will be communicating with you often during the project. We will need specific feedback and your approval to continue the work. Responding to our questions in a timely manner will allow your project to progress.
- We aim to respond to all client correspondence within 48 hours of the date of receiving any correspondence.
Ownership
- All digital assets, written assets, visual assets and proprietary information belonging to the client will remain the property of the client. This may include but not be limited to social media accounts, website hosting, domains, files, logins to third party directory sites, email addresses etc.
- Impact Funding Solutions will ensure the client has access, login credentials and ownership to all digital assets and accounts where applicable.
Confidentiality
- Confidentiality. The parties to this Agreement agree that each shall treat as confidential all information provided by a party to the others regarding such party’s business and operations. All confidential information provided by a party hereto shall be used by any other parties hereto solely for the purposes of rendering services pursuant to this Agreement and, except as may be required in carrying out the terms of this Agreement, shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior consent of such providing party. The foregoing shall not be applicable to any information that is publicly available when provided.
